The North Carolina Republican House Caucus would like to congratulate Representative Destin Hall of Caldwell County on his appointment as Co-Chairman of the North Carolina House Rules Committee.
Rep. Hall has served two terms in the North Carolina House and will be a fierce advocate for the pro-business and pro-growth policies of the last decade under Republican leadership.
Rep. Hall was a primary sponsor of the Bipartisan Elections Act of 2020 and a constitutional amendment protecting crime victims’ rights that was approved by North Carolina voters in 2018.
